ABOUT FREE RANGE CATERING

 

Located on the Far South Coast of NSW, Free Range Catering is a mobile service specialising in on-site functions.

 

We are equipped with a mobile kitchen and cool room, and can provide cutlery and crockery for up to 180 covers.

 

Our outstanding chefs and team of friendly service staff will provide delicious and professional catering, whatever function you are planning.  

 

Chef David Arens has taken the reins from his father, the legendary Bega Valley Chef Ulli Arens. After training with his dad, Dave worked extensively throughout Europe and Australia, extending his culinary knowledge and expertise.

 

He now teaches catering part-time at Bega TAFE.

 

Drawing on his extensive skills and experience – and using fresh, quality local produce – Dave will tailor a menu to suit your needs and tastes.

 

Whether you’re planning a formal dinner, tapas menu, buffet, cocktail party or something entirely original, he will create the perfect menu.
